The Prep In Pink

I am Alexandria Angel, a Fashion Marketing and Management graduate from the Savannah College of Art and Design. I like to say I have a 360 degree view of fashion throughout all of my experiences. I have designed fashion, worked in retail, studied fashion marketing, modeled clothing, and I am now a fashion blogger.
Currently I reside in West Palm Beach, Florida and working in fashion at The Breakers Hotel. I am also the creator of an exclusive accessories company, Haute Pink, a curated collection of handmade and handpicked accessories for the frugal woman with luxe taste, which you can browse under the ‘Shop’ tab!
I am a lover of all things pink, from flamingos to fruity drinks. I am inspired by the design aesthetic of the Beverly Hills Hotel, from the striped beach cabanas to the palm leaf covered walls. I like to draw influence anywhere from Hollywood to the Hamptons. My style is predominantly preppy, but attending art school and traveling the world definitely influenced my clothing choices. My experiences have transformed me into a fashion chameleon, from pearls to pleather.
Originally I am a Carolina girl from the small town of Rock Hill, but I soon made my way down south to Savannah for school. I took it one step further and moved from peaches to beaches, to the Outer Banks of NC to manage Life’s A Beach, a Lilly Pulitzer store. I even worked as a sales representative for Tori Richard Honolulu. Currently, I reside in Florida in pursuit of my fashion dreams. Although I may have detoured up north, I’ve always had my eyes on South Florida skies.
