Lilly Pulitzer Loves Palm Beach

As many of you may know, I work for Lilly Pulitzer at the Breakers in Palm Beach. So I thought I would give you all a virtual tour of the top places to find Lilly in the town that it all started!

First stop… Worth Avenue. This is Palm Beach’s most luxurious street, lined with high end restaurants and boutiques. The first Lilly store was opened in the vias off of Worth Avenue in 1960. Fast forward to current day, the new flagship store arrived to Worth in 2018, right before I made my way to town.

This shop is more of a showroom than a store. The walls are a work of art, and the store has special features, like a juice stand and a make your own shift station. If you’re lucky, you might even see Melissa, one of Lilly’s artists, painting Lilly live!

Next stop, let’s hop on our bikes and head to The Breakers. This five-star resort is one of the most prestigious hotels in town. I must say, I am lucky to work at the Lilly store inside this idyllic destination.

Lilly Pulitzer is located in the heart of the hotel, The Palm Courtyard. This picturesque square of stores surrounds a serene area to relax by the fountain. Make your way through the doors to see our store, for an intimate shopping experience.

Walking in, you will see the walls are covered in colors and shells, and there is a coral chandelier overhead. As you make your way over to try on a signature shift, you will see the most delightful fitting rooms that make for a fab photo op! Be sure to pick up an exclusive Breakers tote and scarf to commemorate your stay. On your way out you will see our favorite farewell: “Do we have to leave?

I’m so happy here…”

After your stay, if you’re still in search for a Lilly fix, look no further than C. Orrico. This Palm Beach store was started by three chic sisters, right down the road. They carry Lilly Pulitzer, along with several other beachy brands, sure to please any local prepster.

I hope you have enjoyed your tour of all the fabulous Palm Beach Lilly stores. Stay tuned for more as I explore my new life beneath the palms!

Falling in Love with Lilly

February is one of the best times of the year because we are surrounded with flowers, love and of course Lilly! For Valentines week we rolled out our latest line. The collection featured some of my favorite things: pink, flamingos and pearls!

Celebrating the day of love in the place you love is certainly ideal. The Breakers was beautifully decorated with roses and the courtyard was glowing outside of the store. I found the perfect Valentine’s Day outfit just in time for date night.

I even accessorized with the new hot tropics Mckim sandals to pull in the pink. To top it off, my friend created a  fabulous flower display for the special day. What better way to celebrate than V-day than with your best babes?

Palm Beach or Bust

Heading into 2019, I am already making my resolutions a reality. I have always dreamed of living in Florida and working for Lilly, and I am proud to announce that I have already made both these dreams come true!

The stars suddenly aligned as I took a chance and applied for the Lilly Pulitzer store at the Breakers. I have been envisioning myself in this setting for a year since I first set my sights here. After my visit to this dreamy destination, I did everything in my power to steer my life towards south Florida.

Everything fell into place when my interviews one day turned into a job acceptance that afternoon. I was in disbelief as I came to realize that this step was the first towards the rest of my life. Everything was about to change, and this time it was just for me.

I packed my bags and hit the road with a backseat full of boxes and the rest in the rear view. It was then that it sank in that its been a year since the car accident that turned my world upside down. This job, this move, this drive… has turned my life right side up again, in the direction I’ve always dreamed of.

Making it to Palm Beach and moving in with my big sister in our dream apartment on the water, I have never felt more at home. I love where my life has led me, and it truly showed me that all this time of developing in the darkness, I truly found my light!

Special thanks to  everyone who helped me through this past year

and guided me to my greatest goal. I cant wait to see what the new year has in store!

Lilly Pulitzer Beach Bash

Being a fan of Lilly Pulitzer and working for the brand for so  many years, I have always dreamed of attending their annual bash in Palm Beach. As I moved to the area this month, my dream became a reality, not only starting work at Lilly at The Breakers, but also attending the legendary Lilly event.

As we walked into The Beach Club, we were greeted with rose’ glasses and photo flashes. We made our way to the bar under the printed palms, and spotted several socialites. I had the pleasure of meeting Tinsley Mortimer, one of my favorite Real Housewives of New York. She was so sweet and shared her secrets of the Palm Beach social scene.

As the party progressed, the room opened up and we popped over to our tables to pop some bottles. The dance floor was flooded with a fabulous bohemian band and the attendees gathered all around. My date and I joined in and danced the night away.

We had a blast listening to the band and playing in the photobooth. The evening ended with a nightcap and a Palm Beach swag bag. What better way to celebrate our love of Lilly than with your best babes on the beach? I can’t wait for next year!

Weekend on Worth Avenue

I have always dreamed of walking the streets of Palm Beach. Last week I was lucky enough to pass through for work and ended up staying to play!

My sister stays in West Palm so I thought this would be the perfect time to pop by. Her birthday was that weekend so what better way to celebrate that with your sibling?

We started off at our favorite brunch spot, the rooftop restaurant at Restoration Hardware. It’s named as ‘the best way to peer through the city through its crown.’

Afternoons here are always a grand affair, where chandeliers shimmer beneath glass ceilings. What a view! After we sipped the last bit of bubbles we were off to the famous Worth Avenue for some window shopping.

I loved walking past the palm trees and into the vias as I stopped into the shops. Each was filled with designer gowns and the most glamorous pieces in town.

I havd to say, the best ending to our day was making our way to the beach. What’s better than having your toes in the sand and shopping bags in hand?
